THE OLD SCHOOLS

Beverly Stallworth (62), (Anthony’s mother) is a hypochondriac.  She has more bottles of pills than a pharmacy.  Beverly is always in everybody’s business and knows exactly what’s going on in the family, the neighborhood, the news, etc…   She’s quick to tip the bottle and she loves to gossip, but will let you know: “you ain’t heard it from me.”

Darius Stallworth (65),  (Anthony’s father) is one of those guys that has heard it all and is a really good sounding board for anyone except Beverly, due to her “cry wolf syndrome.”  He’s extremely calm in most cases.  He’s mastered the art of being a “yes dear” husband.  He’s extremely logical and doesn’t quite understand why every one else doesn’t “get it.”  One of Darius’ favorite sayings is “Your mom’s on one again.”
